Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage billed to them. One person per account; do not share credentials.

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack the infrastructure or upstream providers, or to generate material that is illegal where you are. Automated abuse of upstream providers is grounds for immediate termination.

Usage is metered per token and deducted from your balance. Rates are published on the pricing page. Where the published card and a model’s configured weight disagree, the configured weight applies.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Upstream providers can fail or change; models may be added or withdrawn without notice.

Accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or leave balances unpaid may be suspended.
