Refund Policy
When money comes back, and when it cannot.
Unused balance
Deposited balance is not automatically refundable. It is credited to spend, not held as a deposit.
Service failures
If a request fails before returning output and you were charged for it, report it on Discord with the timestamp and model. Verified failures are credited back.
Your mistakes
USDC sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or with a mistyped destination cannot be recovered. Verify the address and the Solana network before sending.
Chargebacks
Crypto transfers are irreversible; there is no chargeback mechanism.
